術前診断に苦慮した膵腺房細胞癌の1例

A case of pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma with difficulty in preoperative diagnosis

膵腺房細胞癌はまれな膵悪性腫瘍（膵癌の1％未満）であり，比較的特徴的なリパーゼ過剰分泌症候群をきたすことがあるが頻度は高くなく，無症状で経過しサイズが増大してから発見されることが多い。今回症状，長期の経過での画像変化に乏しかったことから，術前診断が困難であった膵腺房細胞癌の1例を経験したため報告する。

Acinar cell carcinoma of the pancreas is a rare pancreatic malignant tumor（less than 1％ of pancreatic cancers）that may cause a relatively characteristic lipase hypersecretion syndrome, but the frequency is not high and it is often detected asymptomatically after an increase in size. We report here a case of pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma that was difficult to diagnose preoperatively because of its symptoms and lack of imaging changes over time.
