放射線感受性の低い腫瘍に対する免疫療法と放射線治療の併用―腎細胞癌，悪性黒色腫

Radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy for low sensitivity tumor：renal cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma

近年登場した免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（ICI）は臨床の場に大きな変化をもたらした。進行期の腎細胞癌（淡明細胞癌）に対する薬物療法おいては，IMDC（International Metastatic RCC Database Consortium）中～高リスク症例においてニボルマブとイピリムマブの併用療法がfirst choiceとなっており，進行期悪性黒色腫においては単剤，併用療法ともfirst choiceの地位を獲得するに至った。

Especially renal cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma are representative low radio-sensitivity tumor. The establishment of a new treatment strategy is expected for these tumors. The combined radioimmunotherapy aiming at enhancing “Abscopal effect” is not yet established strategy but also promising one. There is no enough evidence about the best schedule, the dosage and the irradiating site. We should study the lot for the establishment of this new strategy in future.
