会陰部にはしばしば分泌腺に関連した嚢胞性腫瘤が発生する。そのほとんどが良性であるため腺の存在部位と嚢胞位置が合致することで臨床診断がなされる。今回，バルトリン腺嚢胞として加療を繰り返された後腹膜粘液性癌再発の1例を経験したので呈示する。

Cystic masses associated with secreting glands often occur in the perineal region. Most are benign, nonneoplastic cystic lesions, and the clinical diagnosis is made by matching the location of the cyst to the location of the gland. We present a case of recurrent retroperitoneal mucinous carcinoma that had been treated repeatedly as a Bartholin’s gland cyst.
