膀胱endosalpingiosisの1例

Endosalpingiosis of the urinary bladder：a case report

endosalpingiosisは卵管内膜上皮に類似した腺上皮が異所性に存在するものとして，1930年に初めて報告された。組織学的には腺管構造を形成する線毛上皮が確認され，その上皮がMüller管由来であることを意味するERおよびPgRが陽性，子宮内膜組織で陽性となるCD10が陰性であることが特徴的とされる。好発部位は子宮，卵管漿膜，ダグラス窩，大網，骨盤リンパ節とされるが，腫瘤を形成することはまれである。偶発的に見つかった膀胱endosalpingiosisの症例を経験したので報告する。

Endosalpingiosis is a non-neoplastic mass characterized by a proliferation of ectopic tubal epithelium, and reported in 1930 for the first time. Endosalpingiosis of the urinary bladder was first described in 1996, and realy reported in the world. It is almost an incidental finding, and rare to be found as a mass. The image features of this lesion is not known. We report a case of a woman in her 40’s with the Endosalpingiosis on the right side of the urinary bladder.
