Xp11.2転座型腎細胞癌は，X染色体短腕11.2バンド上に存在するTFE3遺伝子が染色体上の様々な遺伝子と融合することによって生じる腎腫瘍と定義され，2004年WHO分類で初めて掲載されたまれな腫瘍である^1）。今回我々は，若年女性に発生したXp11.2転座型腎細胞癌の症例を経験したため，画像所見を中心に文献とともに報告する。

Xp11.2 RCC is a rare subtype of RCC. Xp11.2 RCC is supposed to mainly affect children and adolescents. The reported imaging findings of Xp11.2 translocated RCC are almost same as our case；located in the renal medulla, mild hyperdense on unenhanced CT, slight enhancement in the corticomedullary and excretory phase on dynamic CT, inhomogeneous intensity on T1WI or T2WI MRI. The TEF3 immunohistochemistry and FISH proved the final diagnosis of Xp11.2 RCC.
