肺癌との鑑別に苦慮した扁平上皮腺上皮混合型乳頭腫の1例

A case of mixed Squamous cell and glandular papilloma of the lung

扁平上皮腺上皮混合型乳頭腫は肺乳頭腫の中でも極めてまれな組織亜型であり，検索する限り20例程度しか報告がない。今回我々は，画像診断に苦慮した末梢型の扁平上皮腺上皮混合型乳頭腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We report a rare case of mixed squamous cell and glandular papilloma of the peripheral lung in a 60-year-old woman. There have not been many reports about the above-mentioned papilloma. The characteristics of the CT image are not specific enough to diagnose before the surgery. In our case, primary lung cancer was suspected and then operation was performed. No recurrence has occurred for 5 years since the surgery.
