薬剤，中毒，栄養障害，代謝異常に伴う脳症・脱髄疾患のなかでも，比較的疾特徴的な画像所見を呈する疾患や最近話題の疾患を軸に，拡散制限を示す白質脳症型，半卵円中心・脳梁型，小脳歯状核-中小脳脚病変型を多施設の先生方にご協力いただき，解説，呈示する。

Numerous drug and metabolic disorders cause encephalopathy and demyelinating conditions. Typical or recently much talked about conditions showing diffusion restriction with diffuse white matter lesions, centrum semiovale and colpus callosum lesions, and hypersignal area in the dentate nuclei or middle cerebellar peduncles are discussed.
