Imaging diagnosis of infrequent cerebrovascular diseases in the central nervrvous system

脳卒中の原因は，脳梗塞が約75％，脳出血が20％弱，くも膜下出血が5％程度であり，脳梗塞の原因の内訳としては，アテローム性血栓性脳梗塞，ラクナ梗塞，心原性脳梗塞が約3割ずつで，脳出血の原因は，高血圧性が8割程度を占めている。

血管支配域に一致するような典型的な脳梗塞や高血圧性脳出血の好発部位の場合，診断は比較的容易であるが，非典型な部位や経過を示す場合もある。画像診断時に，脳梗塞や脳出血といった結果のみでなく，何が原因で起こった脳卒中であるのかを考察することは大切であり，依頼医が求めているところである。

本稿では，様々な原因による脳血管障害の症例を提示し解説する。

Causes of cerebrovascular diseases are diverse. It is important to consider not only the results such as cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage but also the cause thereof at the time of image diagnosis. To do that, it is necessary to deepen knowledge about many diseases that cause it. In this article, we describe microembolic cerebral infarction, bilateral thalamic cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage due to various causes, and cerebrovascular diseases associated with inherited diseases.
