孤立性腹腔動脈解離は比較的まれな疾患である。降圧療法を中心とした保存的治療が選択されることが多く，血管内治療の報告は少ない。孤立性腹腔動脈解離に対してコイル塞栓術を施行した1例を経験したので報告する。

Isolated spontaneous celiac artery dissection（ICAD）is rare condition. Most patients with ICAD can be treated conservatively with medical management and continued surveillance. However, a few cases may require invasive interventions. We report a case of IgG4-related pancreatitis with solitary celiac artery dissection treated by coil embolization.
