骨片の回転を有する過伸展型近位指節間関節脱臼骨折の早期運動療法の検討 -――適応と留意点

は じ め に

　近位指節間（PIP）関節の可動域（ROM）は他指関節と比較して大きく，外傷などによるROM制限は大きな機能障害が生じる．したがって脱臼があれば解剖学的位置に整復し，可及的早期にROM訓練を開始する必要がある．本稿では過伸展型PIP関節脱臼骨折の早期運動療法の経験から適応と留意点について報告する．
