は じ め に
手指骨折は日常診療で多くみられる骨折であり，多くの場合保存療法が試みられている．しかしながら本骨折は，治療上，変形癒合や手指拘縮などさまざまな合併症が生じやすい．本稿では，手指骨折に対し受傷した手指と隣接する手指とのテーピングによる保存療法を試みたため，その治療手技を紹介するとともに治療成績を報告する．
