要約
目的:1945年に長崎の原爆投下直前からその後に行なわれた看護活動に関して状況を明確にする.
方法:原爆投下時において,自らも被爆しながら救護活動を行った看護師へのオーラルヒストリー法によるデータの収集を行った.
結果:口述内容からは,看護師としての使命感から,負傷を負いながらも原爆投下直後から被爆者に対して看護活動を実施していた.
結論:その内容からは,原爆投下当時の惨状の中でも,すぐに救援活動を行い,常に危機管理を行っていた. いかなる時でも対象者の安全・安楽を考え,ニーズを充足したいと願うことは,看護師の役割であることがわかった.
Purpose: To clarify the situation with respect to nursing care conducted immediately before and after the atomic bombing of Nagasaki in 1945.
Method: Data was collected by taking dictation, also called oral history method.
Finding: The nurse had been executing relief activity to the radiation victims immediately after the atomic bombing with a sense of duty as a nurse. The background of the times, pre‐war nursing education contributed to the nurse's relief activities immediately after the atomic bombing, in the disaster areas.
Conclusion: Even though the nurse's role and the received education are changed, the nursing attitude has not changed. Nurses still wish that people's needs are fulfilled safely and comfortably, at all time.
