作業療法におけるクリニカルリーズニング学習に関するスコーピングレビュー

A scoping review of clinical reasoning learning in occupational therapy

要旨：本研究では，作業療法士の卒前・卒後教育におけるクリニカルリーズニング学習の現在の知見の整理および先行研究で解決されていない課題であるリサーチギャップの特定を目的とし，スコーピングレビューを実施した．結果，30編が抽出され，8編が実験的・介入研究，22編が記述的・観察研究だった．有効な学習方略としては，臨床実習とケース基盤型学習，サービス学習が検討されていた．学習成果としては量的成果に加えて質的成果も利用されていた．今後のクリニカルリーズニング学習の研究では，多面的な学習成果を捉えた実証研究，ケース基盤型学習の検証，指導者や環境要因に焦点を当てた国際的な比較研究が必要である．

　We conducted a scoping review of clinical reasoning learning in occupational therapy to organize current research and identify knowledge gaps. As a result, 30 articles were selected: eight experimental/intervention studies and twenty-two descriptive/observational studies. The learning strategies were fieldwork, case-based learning, and service learning. The learning outcomes were both qualitative and quantitative. We identified a knowledge gap in clinical reasoning that requires empirical research in three areas: capturing multifaceted learning outcomes, examining case-based learning, and international comparative studies that focus on instructors and environmental factors.
