要旨：本研究の目的は，セラピスト連携実践尺度（TCPS）の信頼性と妥当性の検証である．対象は回復期リハビリテーション病棟のセラピストとした．信頼性の検証（n＝53）ではTCPSを2週間の間隔で2回実施し，ICC＝0.97（95%CI；0.95〜0.98，p＜0.01），Bland-Altman plotのプロットがLimits of agreement内に収束した．妥当性の検証（n＝210）では，多職種連携を評価する2種類の既存の尺度と中等度の相関（r＞0.60）があった．これらの結果から，TCPSはセラピストの多職種連携実践を評価する尺度として良好な信頼性と妥当性が示唆された．

　The purpose of this study was to test the reliability and validity of the Therapist Collaborative Practice Scale (TCPS). The subjects were therapists in a recovery rehabilitation ward. For reliability testing (n=53), TCPS was performed twice at 2-week intervals, ICC=0.97 (95% CI; 0.95-0.98, p<0.01), and the Bland-Altman plot converged within limits of agreement. Validation (n=210) showed moderate correlations (r>0.60) with two existing scales assessing interprofessional collaboration. These results suggest that the TCPS has good reliability and validity as a scale to assess therapists' interprofessional collaborative practice.
