ポジティブ作業評価における関与度推定システムを活用した作業療法実践の臨床有用性—事例報告

Clinical usefulness of occupational therapy practice using the level of engagement estimation system in Assessment of Positive Occupation 15 (APO-15): A case study

要旨：本論の目的は，事例を通じてポジティブ作業評価（Assessment of Positive Occupation 15，以下APO-15）における関与度推定システム（以下，推定システム）を活用した作業療法実践を後方視的に報告し，その有用性を検討することであった．方法は，APO-15の推定システムでポジティブ作業への関与状態を評価し，評価結果と事例の強みを参考に支援した．その結果，事例のWell-Being（以下，幸福）や社会参加に寄与した．APO-15の推定システムは，クライエントの関与レベルに適したポジティブ作業への参加機会を促進できるため作業療法実践で幸福の促進に寄与できると考えられる．

　This study examined the clinical usefulness of the level of engagement estimation system in the Assessment of Positive Occupation 15 (APO-15) through a case study. We assessed the client's status using the APO-15 for the intervention. Then, based on the client's condition as determined by the assessment results, intervention strategies to further increase occupational experience to promote well-being were considered. As a result, we were able to contribute to the promotion of the client's well-being and social participation. This suggests that the APO-15 estimation system has the potential to contribute to well-being in occupational therapy practice because it can promote opportunities for clients experiencing mental illness to participate in positive occupations according to their level of engagement.
