要旨：パーキンソン病の思考緩慢は，情報処理過程の障害であり，作業遂行上の一つの阻害因子である．我々は，認知症を認めないパーキンソン病患者17名を対象に，視覚探索課題を用いて視覚清報処理過程(前注意過程及び集中注意過程)の障害の有無を検討した．その結果，パーキンソン病患者の前注意過程は健常者と同程度に機能しているが，集中注意過程に障害があることが示唆された．このことより，パーキンソン病患者は，選択的注意に障害を呈していることが推察され，思考緩慢に対する認知作業療法への一助となった．

　The bradyphrenia in Parkinson's disease disfunctions information-processing impedes the occupational performance. Using a visual search task, we examined the characteristics of impaired visual information-processing, in both preattentive processes and focal attentional processes, in 17 patients suffering from Parkinson's disease without dementia. Results indicated that the preattentive processes in patients with Parkinson's disease functions at the same level as in healthy subjects, but the focal attentional process was impaired. We suggested that patients with Parkinson's disease had defects in visual selective attention. These findings could benefits from cognitive occupational therapy for bradyphrenia.
