実習指導者が問題視する言語聴覚士学生の特徴を明らかにすることを目的に,学生評価の総合所見欄に実習指導者が記載した内容についてテキストマイニング分析を行った.その結果,評価実習では,評価に必要となる「インテーク面接」と「情報収集」の方法,「検査技術」を指導され,「積極性を中心に発言や態度面」に問題を呈することが推察された.また,総合実習では,評価および訓練計画作成に必要となる「知識」,訓練実施に必要となる「訓練技術」を指導され,「物事を考えること」「患者の全体像を統合し解釈すること」「コミュニケーションを図ること」に問題を呈することが推察された.本研究で得られた知見を基に,臨床実習前に学内教育で行うマナー講座や客観的臨床能力試験の改良を図ることで,「学内教育と学外臨床実習の連携」に寄与すると考えられる.
The purpose of this study was to clarify the characteristics of students who are considered problematic by clinical supervisors during clinical practice training of speech-language-hearing-therapy students. We analyzed the evaluation comments written by the clinical supervisors using text mining. In the clinical assessment practice, the students were instructed on the methods of intake interview and information gathering for evaluation, and testing techniques. In the clinical treatment practice, students were instructed on the knowledge necessary for evaluation and treatment planning as well as training techniques necessary for conducting treatment. Students seemed to fall short in the areas of “think deeply”, and “integrate and apply theoretical knowledge to practice”, and “communication”. Based on the findings of this study, we plan to improve our manner lessons and Objective Structured Clinical Examination before clinical training. We hope it will contribute to a better cooperation between on-campus education and off-campus clinical practice training.
