屈筋解離術後に作業療法訓練を受けた片麻痺児の手の機能改善

Development of hand functions for children with hemiplegia by release operation along with occupational therapy

要旨：当センターでは，脳性麻痺児の手の機能の獲得のために，筋解離術後に作業療法訓練を行ってきた．今回，痙直型片麻痺児に対して，屈筋解離術および作業療法を受けた群と作業療法のみを受けた群の手の機能改善を比較した．その結果，前者の到達動作の際の上肢，把握，手の自発的使用レベルに有意な改善がみられたが，つまみ把握にはみられなかった．

　To develop hand functions of children with cerebral palsy, occupational therapy has been done at the Saitama Children's Medical Center. A comparison was made between children with spastic hemiplegia of cerebral palsy, who underwent occupational therapy after release operation for flexor muscles, and those who underwent occupational therapy alone. As a result, the former showed a further improvement in the functions of Reach in the upper limb, Grasp and voluntary movement of their impaired hands. However, there was no significant difference between them in respect to Pinch.
