要旨：離断症候群を呈する症例でみられた拮抗失行に対し，Luriaの言語的行動調整の考え方に立つ訓練を試みたところ，ADL上改善が得られた．また前職業的訓練としても言語的調整を行ない，簡単な事務作業が可能となり社会復帰ができた．本例で拮抗失行が改善したのは，脳梁後部が健在であったため，左手動作が運動企図と照合および統合されたものと思われた．
