はじめに
頸部筋群は大小の筋肉が相互に作用し，頭頸部の運動および安定性を制御している．前方筋群においては，頸椎前方手術アプローチの際にその解剖知識は必須であり，機能に対する理解は脊椎疾患のみならず斜頸や胸郭出口症候群などの病態を理解するうえでも重要である．本稿では，頸椎前方の筋肉ならびに頸筋膜の解剖について解説する．
