Various kinds of new technology on micro machine and micro robotics has been developed by author's labo-ratory for these ten years. Unlike conventional industrial based technology, new needs form medicine produce a lot of new concept based micro system and robotics. On this account, micro stereolithograpy, new robotic tools I for minimally invasive surgery have been developed. Moreover, biochemical IC chips are proposed and several types of prototype chips have been fabricated successfully. These advanced technology will bring solid basis of future medicine.
