食道憩室に対する内視鏡下手術

Endoscopic Operation for Esophageal Diverticulum

　胸部食道憩室に対する手術方法として，従来，開胸操作による憩室切除術が選択されてきた．われわれは，本疾患に対して患者の術後quality of lifeを考慮し，minimaly invasivesurgeryである内視鏡下手術を導入し，良好な成績を得ている．胸腔鏡下および腹腔鏡下の2つのアプローチ法による憩室切除術についてその手術手技を中心に報告する．

Conventional diverticulectomy by thoracotomy has been performed for thoracic esophageal diverticulum. Considering the post-operative quality of life of the patient, we introduced a less invasive endoscopic operation (for this disease), and we have obtained, good results. We herein report our results centered on the surgical techniques of diverticulectomy via two approaches, thoracoscope and lapaloscope.
