　われわれは女性真性腹圧性尿失禁に対して，低侵襲的手術である腹膜外到達式膀胱頸部吊り上げ術に恥骨固定式経皮的膀胱頸部吊り上げ術用キットVesica^TMを併用し，低侵襲性と長期成績の両者を満足する術式を開発した．本法の要点とコツについて述べる．

A novel extraperitoneal laparoscopic bladder neck suspension procedure with a bone-anchor suturefixation system; Vesica^TM, was developed with a good long-term result. The shortcoming of this procedureis difficulty in laparoscopic suturing, however, several novel divices will overcome the shortcoming.Extraperitoneal laparoscopic bladder neck suspension using the bone-anchor suture fixation system is aneasy, and feasible procedure.
