膝関節鏡手術の現状と展望

The Present State and Future of Arthroscopic Knee Surgery

　最近の膝関節鏡手術の進歩は著しく，関節鏡により，テクニックを含め手術自体の進歩，変貌がなされたといっても過言ではない．本稿では膝関節鏡手術の歴史と現状に触れ，今後の展望について述べた．実際例として，半月板切除および縫合術，前十字靱帯再建術および離断性骨軟骨炎に対して現在行われている鏡視下手術を挙げ，今後の発展の可能性を示唆した．

The recent advance of arthroscopic knee surgery is remarkable. It is not too much to say that progress of knee surgery and its techniques were made due to arthroscopy. In this paper the history, present state and future of arthroscopic knee surgery are discussed. Artroscopic meniscectomy, meniscal repair and cruciate ligament recontruction and surgery of osteochondritis dissecans are described in detail.
