内臓の求心性多重神経支配について

　はじめに

　内臓の求心性神経支配については古くは，Lan-gley^1）以来多くの解剖学的，組織学的研究及び内臓からの反射，或いは痛覚等を指標にした神経の切断実験，等が行われている。その二，三について述べて見ると，

　Davis，Pollok and Stone^2）は動物の胆嚢を膨らすと疼みを訴えるが，予め内臓神経を切断しておくとそのようなことは起らない，と報告している。

　The afferent impulses conducted in toad's splanchnic nerve trunks or a single afferent fiber during mechanical stimulation of the viscera have been studied by means of oscilloscopic recording.

　1. There are four to six splanchnic nerve trunks from sympathetic chains in a toad and each of them innervates almost all viscera.

　2. Observations on the afferent impulses show that a single myelinated afferent fiber often innervates several visceral organs simultaneously.
