KL (Krebs von den Lungen)-6，SP (surfactant protein)-D，SP-Aは間質性肺炎の血清マーカーとして知られ，特発性間質性肺炎を中心にその有用性が検討されてきた．これらの血清マーカーは特発性間質性肺炎の診断，予後や治療反応性の推定に有用である．各血清マーカーの変動には乖離を認める場合があり，今後，検討を要すると考えられる．

KL (Krebs von den Lungen)-6, SP (surfactant protein)-D and SP-A are known as serum markers of interstitial pneumonia.　Their usefulness has been examined in idiopathic interstitial pneumonia and it is clarified that the serum markers are useful for diagnosis and prediction of prognosis and response to the treatment.　Discrepancy among each marker remains to be solved by future studies.
