家庭の評価

Home Evaluation

リハ医：プラッツ氏は退院時に多くの問題に直面しそうですので，短期のゴールを決める際にhome evaluationをやらなくてはいけませんね．家庭の状況をつかまない限り長期のゴールを決めるのは困難ですね．

ソーシャルワーカー：明日プラッツ夫人と連絡をとりhome evaluationの許可を戴けるか聞いてみます．何人訪問する事になるでしょうか．

Physiatrist：Mr.Platz is going to face a lot of problem when he will be discharged and we should get started on his home evaluation when we have his short term goal. In his case long term goal would be quite difficult to set unless we grasp his home situation.

Social Worker：I will get in touch with Mrs.Platz tomorrow and will ask if she would give us a permission for home evaluation. I wonder how many of us would be able to visit his home.
