IgG-λ型産生上顎洞髄外形質細胞腫の1症例

IgG-λ Producing Extramedullary Plasmacytoma in the Left Maxillary Sinus: Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　形質細胞腫のうち髄外形質細胞腫の報告が近年散見されるが，腫瘍組織の免疫学的検討を行った報告例は少ない。今回著者らは血清電気泳動と腫瘍組織切片の螢光抗体法の結果，免疫学的に興味ある症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 67-year-old female presented with nasal obstruction in the left nose and a swelling of the left hard palate, and IgG-λ producing extramedullary plasmacytoma of the left maxillary sinus was found. Surgical treatment and post-operative radiation were performed. IgG-λ was demonstrated not only in serum but also in tumor tissue by immunoelectrophoretic method.

　The immunological type of this tumor was discussed. This is the first case in Japan showing the same type of immunoglobulin in serum and tumor tissue.
