I．緒言

　鼻腔の結核は，上気道が結核菌により侵されやすい部位量にもかかわらず比較的に稀なものと言われている。本邦においての報告は明治28年金杉に始まるが，近年においては優れた抗結核剤等の普及によりその報告例も以前と較べ減少している。しかし，今日においても結核菌に起因する耳鼻咽喉科領域の疾患は消滅されておらず，実地臨床においては常に念頭におかねばならないに。

　このたび他臓器に活動性結核病変を認めない原発性鼻腔結核の1症例を経験したので報告する。

　Primary nasal tuberculosis with secondary cutaneous development in a 66-year-old-female, complained of nasal obstruction in the left nasal cavity, was reported.

　On examination, there was a granulomatous lesion suspected of malignancy in the nasal cavity. Histological and biological examination showed no malignancy but nasal tuberculosis. This patient responded extremely well to antituberculous treatment.
