鼻涙管鼻腔異物（涙管ブジー）の1症例

Foreigin Body in the Nasolacrimal Duct and the Nasal Cavity

　I．はじめに

　最近，筆者らは涙管ブジーが鼻涙管鼻腔異物となり，摘出することができた症例を経験した。鼻涙管鼻腔異物は本邦においても報告例は少なく，稀な症例と思われるので，ここにその概要を報告する。

　A rare case of foreign body in the nasolacrimal duct and the nasal cavity was reported. The patient was 8-months-old female. During probing of the lacrimal duct, a part of probe (3.6 cm in length) was broken and remained in the duct. On x-ray examination the foreign body in the left nasolacrimal duct and the nasal cavity was visualised. The foreign body was removed with forceps through the posterior nares.
