固有鼻腔異物（鼻涙管チューブ）の2症例

Two Rare Cases of Foreign Bodies in the Nasal Cavity

　はじめに

　固有鼻腔異物は耳鼻科の日常臨床においては稀なものではない。その多くは小児などにみられる綿花，紙，玩具などである。そのほか鼻内手術のガーゼ遺残や外傷によるガラス片，金属片などが異物として存在することもある。しかし，眼科の治療手段として用いられた医療用材料が固有鼻腔異物として問題となることはほとんどない^1,2）。今回われわれは，鼻涙管狭窄症の治療のため留置されたプラスチックチューブが，長期間を経過した後に感染を起こし異物として摘出することになった2症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Foreign body was a piece of vinyl plastic tube which was inserted to the nasolacrimal duct stenosis for therapeutic purpose. The patient did not notice it for about 25~30 years. It was caused the in-flamatory changes on the inner canthus and the eyelid area of affected side. The foreign bodies was removed with forceps through the anterior nares.
