耳下腺管損傷2例の治療経験

SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR INJURY OF THE STENSEN'S DUCT

　I．はじめに

　最近，筆者らは外科的侵襲による耳下腺管損傷の1例と，顔面外傷による1例を経験し，手術によって治癒せしめ，良好な結果を得たので報告するとともに，治療について若干の考察を加えた。

　Two cases of surgical injury of the Stensen's duct were reported.

　Case 1 : A 25-year-old male complained of a salivary flow from a fistula of the left parotid gland occurred after incision of acne vulgaris of the face.

　The small fistula was surgical closed, and prognosis was very good.

　Case 2 : A 15-year-old boy had injury of the left parotid gland due to a falling ironplate was accompanied with a partial palsy of the facial nerve and injury of the Stensen's duct. The Stensen's duct was completely severed at the portion about 5 cm distant from the Stensen's ostium.

　A polyethylen catheter was inserted into each end of the Stensen's duct, and the duct was repaired by end to end amastomosis.
