下口唇より発生した平滑筋腫の1症例—統計的観察と自験例に関する考察

　I．緒言

　口唇を含めた口腔に発生する良性腫瘍は，線維腫，脂肪腫，血管腫，リンパ管腫，乳嘴腫などがあり^1），必ずしも珍しいものではない。しかし，口腔に平滑筋腫が発生することは稀で，本邦においては1957年伊藤ら^2）の報告以来本症例を加えてもわずか9例^3〜9）の報告をみるに過ぎない。口唇に発生したものはさらに稀であり，欧米において10例^10〜16）が報告されているにすぎず，本邦文献を渉猟しても見当たらない。今回筆者らは口唇に発生した腫瘍のため，咀嚼困難を呈した症例を経験し，組織学的検索により平滑筋腫と診断されたので，本例の臨床経過と併せ文献的考察を報告する。

　A case of lip leiomyoma in a man, aged 33, is reported.

　Tumor originating from smooth muscles is definitely unusual in the lip. In review of the literature, 9 cases of leiomyoma in this region are previously reported in the world.

　A spherical tumor in size of 2 cm × 2 cm × 1 cm was found in the left lower lip. Pathological examination revealed a vascular leiomyoma which originated from the smooth muscle structures of the blood vessel. The tumor was successfully removed under general anesthesia.
