はじめに
顔面領域は血管腫の好発部位の1つと言われており1〜4），中でも口唇部に発生が多い5）。今回，われわれはその腫大により出血，摂食困難をきたした下口唇の血管腫を経験したので，その治療法に対して，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 61-year-old man presented with a large hemangioma of the lower lip. A surgical excision was performed and the defect was immediately reconstructed by a modification of Freeman's method. The prognosis was excellent both cos-metically and functionally.
