Post Cricoid Polypの1例—統計的観察と自験例に関する考察

A CASE OF POST CRICOID POLYP

　I．緒言

　下咽頭より発生する腫瘍は大部分が悪性腫瘍で，良性腫瘍は比較的稀なものとされており^1），その発生部位は正中部をはずれた部位にみられる傾向にあつて^2）3），後壁の正中部より発生したものは，本邦においては僅か7例の報告を見るに過ぎない^{1）3）〜8）}。前壁すなわち輪状軟骨後面に発生するものはさらに稀であり，欧米において4例が報告されているにすぎず^9）〜12），本邦文献を渉猟しても見当らない。今回，われわれは輪状軟骨後面に発生したポリープのため，喉頭―下咽頭異物感を呈した症例を経験し，これを顕微喉頭鏡手術により治癒せしめたので本例の臨床経過と併せ文献的考察を報告する。

　A 48-year-old woman was complaining of discomfortable sensation in the throat.

　By indirect laryngoscopy and X-ray examination, a polyp was found in the anterior part of the hypopharynx (post cricoid region), and the polyp was removed by microlaryngosurgery. Itwas consisted of head and stem, sized 2.3cm× 1.Ocm × 1.5cm, 1.7cm × 1.0cm × 0.5cm, and its histological findings were computible with fibro-ma.
