種痘疹（外鼻孔，眼瞼）の1例について

VACCINIA OF THE NASAL CHOANA AND EYELIDS, A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　7歳女児にみられた自己接種型の種痘疹（外鼻孔，眼瞼）の1例を経験したので，その治療法および臨床経過について述べ，さらに種痘疹発現の背景などについて文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A girl, aged 7, was vaccinated with small pox vaccine for the first time. One month later the patient developed vaccinia around the nasal choana and the eyelids. These lesions were, however, cured by means of vaccinia immune globulins.
