口蓋扁桃摘出患者の経過観察—習慣性アンギーナについて

POSTOPERATIVE OBSERVATION OF CASES OF TONSILLECTOMIZED PATIENTS

　I．緒言

　従来から口蓋扁桃摘出をめぐる種々の問題点については，色々な角度より検討され論議されてきている。しかし口蓋扁桃摘出後の患者について，その遠隔成績を詳細に観察し検討した報告は比較的少ない。

　今回私たちは昭和46年1月より約1年間にわたり習慣性アンギーナと診断され，口蓋扁桃摘出術をうけた学童47名を対象にして，術前および術後の各種検査成績の比較さらには臨床的な経過を経時的に追究し，いささか知見を得たので報告する次第である。

　Progressive observations of patients who were diagnosed as habitual angina and who were tonsillectomized were noted. Laboratory examinations of erythrocytes, leucocytes. lymphocytic counts were recorded along with those of serum protein, ASL-O, CPR, GOT and serum globulin, taken before the operation and compared to those of after the operation in stages of 3 months 6 months and 12 months thereafter. Other bodily symptoms were also noted and compared.

　After the operation erythrocyte. GOT and GPT counts showed increase, whereas ASL-O, CRP and leucocytic counts were decreased. The general bodily symptoms became normal after the operation.
