口腔底嚢腫症例のX線造影の経験

X-RAY EXAMINATION OF RANULA

　Ⅰ．緒言

　口腔底付近は皮様嚢腫，ラヌラをはじめリンパ管腫，血管腫などの嚢腫の好発部位として知られている。舌下部から顎下部にかけては，下顎骨，舌骨，舌の間に多数の筋肉が走行し，また唾液腺などの存在にもより口腔底付近には種々の形をした間隙が多数形成されている。したがつてこのような部位に発生した嚢腫は場合によつては複雑な形状を呈することもあり，手術に際して完全な摘出を行なうためには術前に嚢腫の大きさ，形状，拡がりなどについて十分に知つておくことが必要である。

　嚢腫内に造影剤を注入してX線造影を行なう診断法は，この目的のためには有意義なものであると考える。

　Three cases of epidermal cyst on the floor of the mouth arc reported. The X-ray examination of these cysts were made by initial removal of the contents of these cyst by means of adequate suction which was followed by instillation of radioopaque molyodol.

　Visualization of the contour of the cysts in this way was a definite aid for later surgical removal of these growths.
