口腔底皮樣嚢腫の2例

　緒言

　本症は口腔底に発生する所謂非歯性嚢胞形成性疾患の一種である．元来皮樣嚢種は頭部，顔面に好発するもので，全体の約60％を占め，口腔底に発生するものは全体の13％と云われている．発生部位が夫々一定して居り，口腔底では其の正中線上に（顔面では内，外眥部，耳前部，等）認められるものが大多数である．私は1949年及び1950年に本症の各1例を経験し，何れも口腔内より剔出し，全治せしめたので報告し，種々御教示を仰ぎ度いと思う．

YOSHINO reports two cases of epithelial cysts which occurred on the midline of the ventral surface of tongue. In both cases their removal was effected through the mcuth. The patients were a woman aged 26 and a man aged 64; the latter being the eldest on record in literature of this country. Microscopically both cysts were shown to be epi-thelioid in nature.
