三叉神経痛の病理組織学的所見

A HISTO-PATHOLOGICAL CONSIDERATION OF TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA

　三叉神経の支配領域に発作性に疼痛をきたし，原因不明の疾患を三叉神経痛といわれている。著者はこのうちオトガイ神経痛および舌神経痛の症例の神経切断を行ない，電顕的に検索を行ない，これらの神経病変を実験的顔面神経切断および単純ヘルペスウイルスによる実験的顔面神経麻痺例の神経再生所見と比較検討を加えたので追加報告する。

　Histo-pathological study of trigeminal neuralgia with a case of mandibular nerve neuralgia in a young woman, aged 19 and that of the lingual nerve neuralgia in man, aged 68, are made.

　In the case of lingual neuralgia, cellular changes were noted in the region where division occurred for the supply of submandibular glands.

　In mandibular neuralgia neurinoma of the nerve trunk is noted which was the most likely caused by repeated spontaneous attacks of neuralgic pains.
