舌下腺悪性混合腫瘍の1例

A MALIGNANT MIXED TUMOR OF THE SUBLINGUAL GLAND

　Ⅰ．緒言

　唾液腺腫瘍の大部分は耳下腺にみられ，顎下腺には少なく，舌下腺に発生する例はきわめてまれである。

　われわれは，右口腔底の腫瘍で，手術の結果，舌下腺に原発した悪性混合腫瘍であることが判明した症例を経験したので，これを報告する。

　A case of a malignant mixed tumor of the sublingual gland in a man, aged 51, is reported. Similar cases reported in the literature of this country are very few in number, 1 case by Kitamura and 6 cases by Shimada. In other countries M. K. Smith has reported 11 cases and Grage with 1 case.

　The patient was operated through oral approach for the removal of the growth and it was followed by administration of anticancerous drugs and irradiation therapy.
