女性喉頭癌の研究（第2報）—女性喉頭癌と男性化胚細胞腫（Arrhenoblastoma ovarii）との合併例について

A STUDY ON FEMALE LARYNGEAL CANCER

　Ⅰ．諸言

　喉頭癌の女性の発症頻度は10％にすぎない。この事実は非常に重要であつて，著者らはこの点に興味を持ち，すでに臨床的な事項^1），とくに男性化的性格について言及してきた。しかしながら同一の機能と形態を持ちながら，癌罹患率に性差がある理由については不明である。おそらくその発癌機構について，個体の内部環境，体液的な問題が関与していると考えられるが，著者らの臨床検査レベルでは，その有意差を見出すまでに到つていない。今回，女性喉頭癌の剖検例の中に，男性化胚細胞腫（Arrhenoblastoma ovarii）を合併した症例を経験したので，本症例を中心として署者らの見解を述べたい。

　It has been shown that occurrence of laryngeal carcinoma in females is no more than 10% of the total. The reason for this rarity is not, yet, well known. Laryngeal carcinoma in females, also, has a tendency to occur those who suffer similar troubles in the gynecological field.

　The present case is a uniparous woman with onset of menopause at the age of 33 affected with supraglottic cancer type T₄N₃M₁ with simultaneous findings of ovarian arhhenoblastoma.
