耳鳴を各種の純音で遮蔽して得られるtinnitusaudiogramより,耳鳴の周波数を決める耳鳴遮蔽検査法(masking method)の原理,測定方法,得られた結果の表わし方などについて述べたのち,症例380耳より得られた成績について考案した。
1)症例380耳のうち,高音性耳鳴(4,000c/s,8,000/s)が184耳(48.4%)でもつとも多く,低音性耳鳴(125c/s,250c/s,500c/s)は66耳(17.4%)で,中音性耳鳴(1,000c/s,2,000c/s)は7耳(1.8%)に過ぎなかつた。また遮蔽容易な周波数がなく,耳鳴の岡波数が低音から高音(125c/s〜8,000c/s)にわたるとみなしたもの(全音性耳鳴)が77耳(20.3%)に達した。
2)高音性耳鳴は感音性障害に多く,低音性耳鳴は伝音性障害に多かつた。
3)耳鳴の周波数は聴力障害のもつとも高度な部位(気導最悪部位)に一致したものが245耳中192耳(78.4%)あり,特にC5dip型,高音急墜型,低音障害型などで著明であつた。
Abstract Various types of tinnitus aurium were examined under a method using masking audiogram to determine the cycles upon which these tinnitus occurred. The basis of such a determination, the method of masking and the results obtained in this way are discussed.
Three hundred and eighty ears affected with tinnitus were the object of examination. High-tone tinnitus (4,000c/s, 8,000c/s) numbered 184 ears (48.99%) and constituted the majority of patients who also suffered central deafness. Low-tone tinnitus (125c/s, 250c/s and 500c/s) was found in 66 ears (17.4%) among patients who were mostly involved with perceptive deafness.
