稀有な喉頭悪性血管内皮腫の1症例

A MALIGNANT ENDOTHELIOMA OF THE LARYNX

　I．はじめに

　血管内皮腫は一般にまれにみられる腫瘍で，耳鼻咽喉科領域においても同様であるが，時に鼻前庭，副鼻腔，口蓋に発生することが知られている。

　一方，喉頭における本腫瘍は文献上極めて少なく，本邦においても詳細な組織所見の記載のあるものは，わずかに3例をみるに過ぎない。

　われわれは最近，喉頭に原発し，悪性組織像を呈した血管内皮腫で，しかも有茎性の極めてまれな症例に遭遇し，ほぼ治癒の状態にあると思われるのでここに報告する。なおあわせて若干の文献的考察を加えてみたいと思う。

A case of malignant laryngeal endothelioma that occurred in a man, aged 17, is reported with discussions. Endothelioma with primary orgin in the larynx is believed to be rare in occurrence. The present case was peculiar in that the growth was pedunculated and bled easily. Because of this bleeding which accosted the danger of bronchial insufflation, biopsy of the growth was not attempted. Otherwise, all such laryngeal growths should be examined by a careful microscopic study.
