迷路症状を主としたKlippel-Feil氏症候群の1例

A CASE OF KLIPPEL-FEIL SYNDROME WITH VESTIBULAR SYMPTOMS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　初期にメニエル氏病を思わせる定型的な症状と経過をたどり，各種検査により頸椎異常を主徴とするKlippel-Feil氏症候群とあわせて椎骨脳底動脈の狭窄を有するCervical vertigoであることが明らかになり，しかもCervical vertigoと鑑別が困難とされているOtolith vertigoを直線加速度検査により明らかに除外し得た1例を経験したので報告する。

　The report in which findings of vestibular disturbance are made with Klippel-Feil syndrome is quite rare. A case of Klippel-Feil syndrome with stricture of cervical artery that suggested, in the beginning, Ménière's disease is reported. The patient was a man, aged 58. The symptoms of this patient was relieved when traction was applied to the cervical vertebrae.
