レルモワイエ症候群の1例

LERMOYEZ'S SYNDROME: A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　メニエール病の三大症候である，めまい，耳鳴，難聴の発現順序に特異性があり，めまいによつて既存の難聴が改善される一群を，Lermoyez^6）が1929年に記載しているが，このような疾患の報告は，内外の症例をあわせても20例内外でありきわめて稀なものである。

　レルモワィエ症候群がメニエール病の一つの非典型例にすぎないのか，あるいは独立疾患であるか，といつた間題もいまだ解決されていない。われわれは最近レルモワィエ症候群の1例を経験したので，その概略を報告するとともに，その発症機序について若干の考察を加えてみた。

　Lermoyez's syndrom was recognized in a man, aged 30, who complained of deafness and tinnitus. However, the patient's hearing suddenly became normal after an attack of an acute vertigo. The authors review the etiology, symptomatology and therapeutics of Lermoyez's syndrome from other reports in the literature, And the majority opinion on the cause of this disease appear to be the spasms of inner ear artery.
