両側突発難聴を主訴に来院した白血病の1例

A Case of Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia with Bilateral Sudden Deafness

　はじめに

　白血病に伴う難聴は外耳，中耳，内耳，神経への細胞浸潤と出血，炎症またはこれらの混合によって引き起こされるといわれている^1,2）。今回われわれは，両側難聴を主訴に来院し急激な転帰をとった1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 24-year-old man complained of bilateral sud-den deafness and vertigo.

On examination gaze nystagmus and left horizon-tal rotatory nystagmus were found. Audiogram showed profound deafness in both ears. White blood cell was 860,000. Chronic myelocytic leukemia was diagnosed. He received chemotherapy, but he died two days after the initial hospital visit.

Sudden deafness was thought to be occured from internal ear hemorrhage, and vertigo from cerebral hemorrhage.
