鼻科領域における点鼻薬Solconasalの使用経験

THE USE OF SOLCONASAL NASAL-DROPS IN THE FIELD OF RHINOLOGY

　Ⅰ．緒言

　従来，点鼻薬としては，アドレナリン，エフエドリン，ネオシネジン，ナーベル，プリビナ，メトロン，コールタイジン等種々あり，これらはいずれも血管収縮剤，あるいは収斂剤そのものか，またはそれが基となつてこれに化学療法剤，抗ヒスタミン剤，副腎皮質ホルモン剤等が配合されたものである。これら種々の点鼻薬の効果についてはすでに多くの報告にもみられる通り各薬剤ともそれぞれ一長一短があり，いずれも主として鼻閉塞に対する一時的な対症療法にすぎず決定的な治療効果をあげ得ないのが現状である。

　今回，われわれは脂肪族アミン（AMH）と抗ヒスタミン剤（Mepyramine-maleate）を主成分とする点鼻薬Solconasal（東菱薬品工業）を，慢性副鼻腔炎の急性増悪症ならびにアレルギー性鼻炎患者に使用して比較的好成績を得たのでここに報告し，諸賢の参考に供する次第である。

　In treatment of rhinitis caused by acute exacerbation of chronic sinusitis and allergy the use of solconasal nasal-drops, which is composed of fat-soluble amine, a sympathetic stimulator, and mepyramine maleate whichhas antiallergic properties, was highly satisfactory, effective in 71-73% of cases. Nasal complaints in number of cases were relieved when this agent was administered by means of a nebulizer admixed as a combined suspension with solution of potassium penicillin-G and cortisone acetate.
