メトロン点鼻薬の使用経験

　I．緒言

　従来より点鼻薬として種々の血管収縮剤，収歛剤，化学療法剤，抗ヒスタミン剤，副腎皮質ホルモン製剤等が使用されているが，我々は今回，興和化学研究所に於て合成され従来の抗ヒスタミン剤と交感神経刺激性アミンとの略中間の作用を有し，強力な毛細血管透過性低下作用をも有するメトロン点鼻薬を試用する機会を得たので，その臨床効果を報告する。

Metron nasal drops were used in 37 cases consisting of acute rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis and epistaxis. No side effects were noted nor any sign that in any way interfered with the procedure of the adopted treatment.
