鼻疾患に対するDisophrol使用経験

EXPERIENCES WITH USE OF DISOPHROL

　Ⅰ．緒言

　近来，鼻副鼻腔疾患に対して酵素製剤の内服による治療が試みられるようになり，その効果も注目に価するものがあるが，鼻閉，ことに粘膜充血性鼻閉に対しては依然として局所への薬剤投与に止まつているのは不思議というべきであろう。

　気道，ことに上気道の粘膜充血阻止剤Disophrol（White Laboratories Inc.）の経口投与効果についてアメリカで二三の使用経験が報告され，粘膜充血の消退についての効果が述べられているが，我々も最近本剤を得たので試用し，後述の通りの結果を得た。

　Disophrol was effective in relieving symptoms of various troubles such as, chronic hypertrophic turbinates, vasomotor rhinitis and acute rhinitis. Many cases of chronic maxillary sinusitis were also relieved of their symptoms by this agent. Hardly any side effect was noted by its use.
